CX-1 Biofuel Processing Unit

This is our commercial, no-playing around system. It will process a minimum of 100 gallons every hour and a maximum
of 200 gallons every 15 minutes. The CX-1 is completely remote controlled, allowing the operator constant system
control at any distance up to 50 feet.

The CX-1 cleans  and decontaminates the oil/fuel mix down to 1 micron and removes any harmful substances such as
acids, water , antifreeze, paraffin, metal and other particles, turning the once dirty oil into a clean burning fuel product.
The CX-1 is a hands-off unit requiring only minor maintenance for the life of the machine, which consists of cleaning and
replacing 4 external filters every 2000 gallons and draining the system every 10,000 gallons. Two external filters are
stainless steel, 1 micron and these are washable, the other two filters are 10 micron paper fuel filters available from any
auto parts store for $7.00 each. Draining the system is a breeze because the pumps empty both tanks and there are
also drain valves on the tanks as well. So operating costs are approximately $14.00 every 2000 gallons. The CX-1 will
process as much fuel as you can keep pumping into it. Life span of the CX-1 is anywhere from 50,000 to 150,000
gallons depending on how much water and antifreeze are allowed in the unit, since these break the military filtration pod
down the fastest.

The dual-pole polymer filtration pods that we use are the backbone behind our systems. They are responsible for
removing acids that are found in used petro based oils, and they also remove water, antifreeze, and paraffin. Our
military has been using systems very similar to ours since the early 40's and they are still in use today. The filtration
pods are a must have when converting used petro based oils into fuel. The life span of our systems is solely based
upon the life span of the filtration pod.

Our CX-1 system also doubles as a 110 gallon fuel storage tank, simply fill the unit to capacity and when you come
home, stick the fuel nozzle in your vehicle and turn the pump on to fuel up, just the same as you do at the gas station.
This saves the smaller producer from having to purchase a secondary fuel storage tank.

The CX-1 includes:

-2  20 gauge, UN rated steel tanks
-2  biodiesel compatible, 110 volt pumps with remote control units
-2  1 micron, washable, stainless steel filters with magnets
-2  10 micron paper fuel filters
-1  dual-pole resonator
-1  dual-pole polymer filtration pod
-1  fuel hose
-1  fuel nozzle
-1  brass drain valve
-3  brass on/off valves
-1  in tank mixing shaft
-1 instruction manual
- complete hardware package, all parts come pre-assembled and labeled with complete picture diagram set-up
instructions. You just tighten 4 valves into the tanks and tighten 5 quick connect fittings.

Total set-up time is 5 minutes.

Operation:

-waste oil and fuel are added and mixed in the 1st steel tank using the mixing shaft, simply connect your power drill and
mix for 15-20 seconds

-open 2 on/off valves in between both tanks

-turn pump 1 on with the remote control

-fill 2nd tank full

-repeat the 1st step again

-now turn on the last on/off valve and turn both pumps on using the remote control. 100 gallons of fuel will be ready in
just a few minutes.
